Terms of Service

Moviroom turns photos and 360° captures of a property into interactive 3D showcases, cinematic reels and walkthroughs, with AI-generated descriptions and estimates.

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your Google account secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

Paid plans (Starter, Professional, Business) are subscriptions billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Annual plans cancelled within 14 days of purchase are refunded pro rata. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

You keep ownership of the photos and media you upload. You give us a licence to host, process and display them as needed to provide the service, including on public share pages you create. You confirm you have the right to upload the content and to show the property it depicts.

Room sizes, ceiling heights, value estimates, palettes and listing copy are generated automatically and are estimates only. They are not a survey, appraisal or professional measurement. Verify anything you publish in a listing.

Do not upload unlawful or infringing content, content depicting people without their consent, or use Moviroom to mislead buyers, attack the service, or resell it without permission.

Moviroom is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using Moviroom at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
